We provide a platform for connecting buyers with suppliers of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products. We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell products. All products are supplied by third-party vendors. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by suppliers and we strive to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from the supplier. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment terms vary by supplier and may include cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer, or purchase orders. All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are determined by suppliers and may vary. We facilitate delivery coordination but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other external factors. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return policies vary by supplier. Defective or damaged products may be returned according to the supplier's return policy. Prescription medications and certain medical supplies may not be returnable due to regulatory requirements. Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

PharmaGo acts as a platform connecting buyers and suppliers. We are not liable for product quality, supplier performance, or any damages arising from the use of purchased products. Our liability is limited to the transaction fees we charge, if any.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PharmaGo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
10. Modifications to Terms
